Engravings may darken over time due to the nature of how gold filled is made. The engraving cuts into the surface and may reveal the metal underneath which can oxidize (darken) over time. The darkening of the engraving may make it easier to see the details.

Keep in mind the font size will get smaller if there are more characters. It will be at our discretion to decide the font size that will look best on the pendant.
