SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We currently do not accept any returns but we do accept size exchanges. Customized orders (personalized and engraved pieces) are always final sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We allow ring size exchanges for U.S. orders with a fee of $10 or $12 depending on the quantity of rings you are exchanging, as long as the jewelry is still new and free of scratches/damages.
The $10/$12 fee will provide a prepaid shipping label for the customer to return the package to us and the cost for us to resend your package with the new sizes.
Exchanges must be returned in their original packaging.
Our exchange policy is not available for international orders at this time.
SEE RING SIZE EXCHANGE PROCESS BELOW:
1. Contact us via email to HELLO@PRISCILLAMA.COM within one week from receiving your order.
2. The customer will purchase the $10 or $12 labels (covers return shipping both ways) once we authorize the exchange. An exchange with 3 rings and under will cost $10 (covers return shipping both ways). An exchange with 4 rings and up will cost $12 (covers return shipping both ways). You can purchase the labels via our website once an exchange has been initiated with customer service.
3. Please use your return label within one week of receiving your label via email or your label will be voided after one week.
4. Once we receive your return package, we will process and send your new shipment with new sizes. Please expect up to three weeks to process your exchange.
Exceptions for returns will ONLY be considered if your purchase is defective or has been damaged enroute to its destination. However, we are confident our customers will be satisfied with their purchases. Unfortunately, if such incidents do occur, we will gladly replace items as long as we are contacted within 24 hours of received shipment with proof of damage.
Depending on the issue, restocking fees and shipping fees will be applied.
If the item is no longer in stock, we can only provide a refund to our customer. We can only process exchanges for the same items if there is proof of damaged items. We apologize for any inconvenience. Depending on payment methods, please allow a standard amount of 7 days for any accepted refunds.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES WITH ANY RETURNED ITEMS FOR ANY REASONS SUCH AS OF (UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES, AND ETC). OTHER THAN DAMAGED ITEMS ENROUTE TO ITS DESTINATION. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS MADE OTHER THAN THE REASONS LISTED ABOVE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS. WE ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THEY ARE SHIPPED OUT.

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS
CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE 1-2 WEEKS
We ship our products via domestic United States Postal Service First Class for our customers. It takes a standard 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS to process orders after payment has been made and an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for the package to be received depending on the package destinations. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Currently, we offer FREE USPS STANDARD SHIPPING in the United States on orders $75USD and over.. We charge $5 USD for USPS First Class Package on orders under $75 USD.
If you would like to rush your order, we offer USPS PRIORITY 1-3 DAY shipping & handling (for an extra $8) and USPS EXPRESS 1-2 DAY shipping & handling (for an extra $28). While we can rush your order, occasionally there will be delays with USPS that are out of our control especially during the holiday season. We can rush your order but we cannot provide 100% guarantee that packages will arrive on time.
Tracking information/delivery confirmation number for orders will be provided and sent to emails once your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES ARE 1-2 WEEKS
ALL PRICES DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE IS IN USD (United States Dollar). Depending on your country, currency conversions will be reflected on your credit card/banking statement bill.
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SEPARATE FROM CUSTOM CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTIES CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES. DUTIES ARE DETERMINED AND COLLECTED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANYTHING FROM THE DUTIES.
We offer USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL shipping for specific countries at a flat rate of $20 USD shipping and handling with an exception of $15 USD for Canadian orders. If you spend over $125 USD or over, your international order will ship free. International deliveries can take up to 5-10 weeks. Processing time for your orders is 1-3 business days. All transit times exclude time in customs.
Delivery times are NOT guaranteed. Once it leaves our office and in the hands of DHL, we no longer have control or access to the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of the order on the package. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
Check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.
Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact the postal office immediately when you receive a notice from the customs. Delay in contact can result in delay of delivery or even non-delivery.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
We will deduct shipping costs from your total refund. Refused shipments will be treated as a cancellation order which will incur a 5% cancellation fee as well.
CANCELLATION
If an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact page. We charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount. Our merchant processors do not refund processing fees so we incur irreversible fees that we have to deduct from your refund. If an order is shipped out already, we will not be able to cancel the order.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
All California transactions are subject to sales tax. Out of state orders are not required to pay any taxes on transactions made online.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Payments for our products can be made safely through PayPal or Stripe with credit card and debit card options. We are working hard to bring a variation of payment options to our store, and will inform you as soon as they become available. We do NOT store any credit card or debit card information.
